DISTANCE SALE CONTRACT

This Distance Sale Contract ("Contract") is entered into between Soul Of Palestine ("Seller") and the customer ("Buyer") who completes a purchase through our online store at www.soulofpalestineart.com.

2. Subject of the Contract

This Contract governs the sale and delivery of handcrafted Palestinian heritage-inspired products — including resin wall art, ceramic plaques, and decorative wall accents — ordered by the Buyer through the Seller's online store.

3. Order & Payment

The Buyer agrees to provide accurate and complete information when placing an order. Payment must be completed at the time of purchase. The Seller accepts major credit/debit cards and other payment methods listed at checkout. All prices are displayed in USD and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

4. Delivery

Orders are processed and shipped within the timeframe indicated on the product page or at checkout. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and shipping method selected. The Seller is not responsible for delays caused by customs, postal services, or other third-party carriers.

5. Right of Withdrawal (Cancellation)

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from this Contract within 14 days of receiving the product, without providing any reason, in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. To exercise this right, the Buyer must notify the Seller in writing via email before the withdrawal period expires.

Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. The Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

6. Refunds

Once the returned item is received and inspected, the Seller will notify the Buyer of the approval or rejection of the refund. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

7. Defective or Incorrect Items

If the Buyer receives a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, they must contact the Seller within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence. The Seller will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to the Buyer.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Seller's liability is limited to the value of the purchased product. The Seller is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the purchased product.

9. Privacy

The Buyer's personal data is collected and processed solely for the purpose of fulfilling this Contract, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from this Contract shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, or if necessary, through the competent courts.
